WE CAN NOT AND WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR DO EXCHANGES ON HAIR PIECES DUE TO HEALTH REGULATIONS.

* Unless we ship out an incorrect product, in which case it will be exchanged for what you originally ordered. Everything is double checked before shipment to ensure that everything is correct and included in the package so it is very unlikely that an exchange will be necessary. However, if a mix up does occur, contact us immediately to arrange shipment of the incorrect product back for exchange of the correct product. EXCHANGE WILL ONLY BE GRANTED IF THE INCORRECT ITEM IS RETURNED PROMPTLY IN OBVIOUSLY UNWORN CONDITION.

We have provided as much information as possible to help with familiarizing yourself with our products and their specifications. It is your responsibility to research the products and review your order before finalizing. If you do make a mistake or wish to change something, you *MUST* contact us within 24 hours of ordering.
